14-DAY RETURNS POLICY

Please be aware, variations in colour, size, thickness, shape and look may occur due to the fabric being used. Measurements may vary up to one inch. A 10% thickness and colour variation can occur by nature of the fabric and dye being used.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving the item, subject to the following terms and conditions.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

  1. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  2. Items that are marked as "Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for returns, exchange giftcard only.

RETURN PROCESS

  • Ship your parcel to us at the address provided.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return. If the return is approved, we will process your refund.
